Setting Up Appointments

The appointment system lets customers book in advance.

1. Enable 'Appointments' feature
2. Go to Appointments → Booking Services → Create
3. Set duration, capacity, and advance booking limits
4. Add availability (days + hours) in the relation manager
5. Add blocked dates for holidays

**Booking Methods:**
- WhatsApp: Customer sends 'BOOK'
- Web: Share your booking page at nxtn.me/book/{your-slug}
- Staff: Create bookings from the Bookings Board

**Check-in:**
When the customer arrives, click 'Check In' on the Bookings Board. If linked to a queue, they get a priority entry.
