Setting Up Credits & Points

The credits system is a digital wallet for your venue.

1. Enable 'Credits / Points' feature
2. Go to Credits → Credit Settings → configure your points ratio, currency, and rules
3. Top up a customer: Credits → Top Up Credits → enter phone + amount
4. Customer receives WhatsApp confirmation with balance

**Charging:**
- Customer taps 'My QR' in WhatsApp → gets a time-limited QR code
- Staff opens Credits → Charge Station → scans the QR with their phone camera
- Enter charge amount → confirm → customer is notified of the deduction

**Transfers:**
If enabled in settings, customers can transfer points to each other via WhatsApp.
