Importing & Inviting Customers
Import customer lists and send WhatsApp invitations.
**Requirements:** White-label branding must be configured (display name set).
**Import Methods:**
- CSV upload (columns: phone, name, email, instagram, birthday)
- Manual entry via the form
**Invite Flow:**
1. Import your customer list
2. Review the imported contacts
3. Select customers and click 'Send Invites'
4. Each customer receives a WhatsApp message introducing your venue
5. Track: Pending → Invited → Responded → Active
**Privacy:**
Invitations are manual only — never automatic. Customers must opt in by responding.
