Setting Up Operational Alerts
Get WhatsApp alerts when something needs attention.
1. Edit your branch
2. Expand 'Operational Alerts'
3. Enable alerts and set your phone number
4. Configure thresholds:
- Max wait time (minutes)
- Max queue size
- No-show rate (%)
5. Set cooldown between alerts (default 15 min)
The system checks every 5 minutes. If a threshold is breached, you receive a WhatsApp message. The cooldown prevents spam — you won't get the same alert twice within the cooldown window.
