Guest Intelligence builds smart profiles for every customer.
**Auto-Tags:**
Customers are automatically tagged based on behavior:
- VIP (10+ visits), Regular (5+), Returning, New
- Frequent (3+ visits/month), High Spender
- Fan (avg rating 4.5+), Unreliable (high no-show rate)
**Behavioral Preferences:**
The system learns from visit history:
- Preferred seating area
- Typical party size
- Visit frequency and timing
**Staff Notes:**
Add free-text notes per customer (allergies, preferences, special occasions). Notes persist across visits.
**Social Enrichment:**
After their first visit, customers can share their Instagram handle and birthday via WhatsApp. If configured, the People Data Labs API can enrich profiles with public social data.
