Setting Up the Order Queue

The Order Queue is a digital buzzer system. Instead of giving customers a physical pager, they scan a QR code and get WhatsApp notifications.

**Setup:**
1. Ask your admin to enable the 'Order Queue' feature
2. Go to Orders → Order Stations → Create Station
3. Open the Order Board

**Creating Orders:**
1. Type the order description in the 'New Order' form
2. Click 'Add Order' — a ticket is created
3. Customer pays → click 'Paid' — a QR code appears
4. Customer scans QR → their WhatsApp is linked to the order
5. Kitchen prepares → click 'Ready' → customer gets notified
6. Customer picks up → click 'Collected'
