The Customer Portal

Every customer gets a personal web portal they can access anytime.

**How It Works:**
1. After their first queue join, the customer receives a unique link via WhatsApp
2. They open the link and verify with a one-time code sent to their phone
3. Once verified, a 1-year session keeps them logged in

**What Customers See:**
- Active queue position and wait time
- Order status
- Credit balance with QR code
- Upcoming bookings
- Past receipts
- Profile information

The portal auto-refreshes every 30 seconds so customers always see current data. The link is non-shareable — only the phone number owner can verify and access it.
