User Roles & Permissions

NXTN has three staff roles:

**Tenant Admin** — Full access to everything. Can manage branches, users, features, settings, analytics, and billing.

**Branch Manager** — Manages queues, entries, and staff within their assigned branch. Can create broadcasts and view analytics for their branch.

**Kiosk Operator** — Limited to the Queue Board and Valet Board. Designed for front-desk or counter staff who only need to call customers and manage the line.

Admins can assign roles when creating or editing staff members under Settings → Staff.
