Calling & Serving Customers

When it's a customer's turn:

1. Go to the Queue Board (or Queue Entries page)
2. Find the next waiting entry
3. Click 'Call' — the customer receives a WhatsApp message: 'It's your turn!'
4. When the customer arrives, click 'Serve' to start service
5. When done, click 'Complete'

If the customer doesn't show up, click 'No Show'. They can be re-queued if they contact you.

**Batch Calling**: You can call multiple customers at once using the batch action at the top of the queue entries table.
