Transferring Customers Between Queues

Staff can transfer customers from one queue to another.

**When to Use:**
A party of 4 is waiting for a 4-person table. A 6-person table opens up. Transfer them to the bigger table — fills the space, frees the 4-person spot.

**How to Transfer:**
1. Find the entry on the Queue Board
2. Click the Transfer action
3. Select the target queue from the dropdown (shows live waiting counts)
4. Confirm — the customer gets a new ticket and WhatsApp notification

**What Happens:**
- New entry created in target queue (status: called)
- Old entry marked as 'transferred'
- Customer notified via WhatsApp with new ticket
- Original join time preserved for fairness
- Old spot freed (waitlist notified if applicable)
